Work Experience:
? Minimum 10+ years in in handling financial critical system operation for Exchange, Clearing
Corporation or banking industry
Key Responsibilities:
? End-to-End Ownership of EOD/BOD: Manage the flawless execution of End-of-Day and
Beginning-of-Day batch cycles using enterprise schedulers like Control-M or SOS Berlin,
ensuring 100% completion before market open.
? Overnight Incident Command: Act as the primary authority for P1/P2 incidents, leading technical
bridges and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within a 1-hour
MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve).
? Capital Markets Expertise: Apply deep domain knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle, including real-
time trading, clearing, and settlement processes, to prioritize critical path system recoveries.
? Market Readiness Certification: Perform rigorous system health audits and build automation to
formally certify "Market-Ready" status by 6:00 AM.
? SLA & Performance Governance: Maintain a 99.9% system availability target for overnight
services, ensuring all incidents are acknowledged within a 5-minute response window.
? ITIL Process Leadership: Finalize comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all overnight
glitches within 24 hours, adhering to ITIL 4 Service Management best practices.
? Shift Discipline & Roster Management: Lead the night shift technical team with strict operational
discipline, managing rosters and ensuring seamless handovers to the day shift.
? Technical Debugging: Utilize knowledge of Java-based architectures and application logs to
assist in rapid troubleshooting of complex software failures during the night cycle.
? Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational reporting and incident handling align with SEBI’s
technical glitch reporting frameworks and capital market safety standards.
