Network Engineering Lead
About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Network Engineering – Lead to lead 24x7 network support &
operations for load balancing, network packet brokers, and routing/switching infrastructure.
Expert in Micro-segmentation, F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler, and network optimization, driving
performance, reliability, and security across our global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and manage F5 and Citrix load balancers (GTM, LTM, GSLB, iRules).
• Migrate legacy systems to modern load balancing platforms.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP flows, DNS, and application delivery issues.
• Automate network tasks using Python, Ansible, Terraform.
• Maintain and optimize routers, switches, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and structured change management.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and disaster recovery standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network scalability and resilience.
Desired Candidate:
• 10 – 15 years of proven expertise in load balancing technologies, packet inspection, and
network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler, and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of routing/switching, IPv4/IPv6, and DNS.
• Experience in high-availability infrastructure and performance tuning.
• Ability to document, communicate, and implement technical solutions effectively.
Preferred Skills
• Network automation using Terraform, Ansible, or Python.
• Experience with iXia and Arista systems.
• Advanced certifications (CCNP/CCIE, JNCIS/JNCIE).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
