Position Purpose
Lead Virtualization, Backup & Storage
To ensure the seamless delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement of
virtualization, storage, and backup services across the organization.
Position Responsibilities
The role demands end-to-end ownership of infrastructure service delivery, effective vendor
and stakeholder management, adherence to SLAs, and implementation of best practices to
ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of core infrastructure services.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
• Qualifications
Essential • BE/ BTECH in Computer science
• (Preferred) Master’s Degree or ITIL/VMware/Nutanix/
Storage/Backup certifications.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure delivery
and operations.
•
• Minimum 4+ years in a leadership role managing virtualization,
storage, or backup platforms in large-scale enterprise or data
center environments.
•
• Proven experience handling enterprise platforms like VMware
vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, HCI (vSAN/Nutanix), NetApp/EMC/HPE
Storage, and backup tools like Veeam/Commvault.
•
• Strong exposure to ITIL-based service management, incident
resolution, and vendor coordination.
