Job Description:
Qualifications: Graduate minimum, bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for system
enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional & technical
requirements. Work with business to deliver strategic solutions for the bank
2 Manage requirement artifacts development like user journeys, process diagrams and flow
diagrams
3 Work closely with Business, Operations, and other end users to understand their processes
and requirements, document them and obtain sign off
4 Understand aspects of information security, application architecture and solution architecture
5 Program manager for end to end system delivery with help of internal teams (Development,
Infrastructure etc) and partners
6 Develop detailed system design specifications based on business requirements, ensuring
scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
7 Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure
the quality and functionality of delivered solutions
8 Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications,
technical designs, test cases, and user manuals
9 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and
automation to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
10 Follow up with upstream and downstream systems for design and critical issues.
11 Contribute to UAT testing and implementation, support UAT as needed, including assisting in
Test planning and participating in defect triage/ reviews to ensure the end solution meets
requirements and user needs
12 Ensure that all system enhancements and changes comply with regulatory requirements,
security standards and best practices in the insurance industry
13 Understand the integration requirements between various applications in the landscape
14 Integrate new or enhanced systems with existing infrastructure, third-party applications, and
external data sources to ensure seamless operations.
15 Assess risks associated with system changes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize
disruptions to business operations
