Job Description:
Notice Period : 0-15 Days
Qualification: Diploma, B.E / B. Tech
Experience: 2-4 Years
Hands on experience with Calibration tools including ETAS + INCA.
Hands on experience with field data logging tools – Vector tool.
Expertise in CRDI Engine/DOC/DPF/SCR/vehicle functions/ dataset management.
Good knowledge of Indian and European Regulation standards for engine / vehicle (IS 12207:2008).
Knowledge of analysis tools like Concerto, MDA, Uniplot, etc.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field testing or a related role.
Familiarity with tractor design, functionality, and performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks.
· Ready to work in PAN India
· Conduct field tests: Plan, execute, and document field tests on tractors to evaluate performance, durability, and reliability
· Collaborate with teams: Coordinate with cross-function team (Testing Calibration, design, Quality, manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues and seamless executions.
· Reporting and documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test results, findings, and recommendations
· Data collection and analysis: Collect and analyze data from field tests, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
