Job Description:
Required Profile:
? Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
? Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical design and development of Automotive Powertrain.
? Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
? Expertise in powertrain system and emission controls.
? PTC Creo Parametric experience is must.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Technical leadership: Provide and drive technical expertise in designing and developing powertrain components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
? Cross Functional Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams in integrating and validating powertrain systems.
? Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to drive and conclude the product requirements.
? Design and Development: Design and develop powertrain components. Strong expertise in design of casting components.
? Plans and formulates own workflow and that of others to meet specified deadlines.
? Mentor and drive junior engineers to provide required deliverables.
? Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
