State Credit Head
 Job Description:
1. Products:- Be the key personal to Credit Head and work with him / her in planning and executing the Credit strategy in Rural Banking vertical specifically in Housing Loan & LAP, Micro Enterprise Loan, Personal Loan, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor Loan, etc., 2. Locations:- And the Current Area of Operations of IFBL is with 11 States Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Telungana, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Pondicherry (UT) etc., 3. Product Expansion:- This product line will be expanded as the organization grows; the incumbent is expected to work closely with the Credit Head and other key stakeholders to drive Credit Policy. 4. Oversee Credit lifecycle:- Analyzing the current business statistics &supports Credit Head in developing and executing Credit Policy ? Divisional, Regional & State level analysis of customer and business segmentation and assessment of their needs ? Drive adoption and penetration of existing products through deepening of existing markets ? Ensure training and understanding of the product by Credit Policy across the country ? Be the Single point of contact for any MIS &queries / help that branch staff may have regarding products ? Work on fulfilling and resolving queries relating to systems, policies and processes. ? Do a deep analysis of the Credit trend and functioning of the product and give input periodically to the Credit Head and Regional Credit Heads to improve various performance metric of the product 5. Vendor Management:- ? Need to Empanel Legal & technical vendors for applicable products and need to build a strong relationship ? Payment to vendors need to be done on time and the same to be monitored, corrective actions to be taken if delay or anything ? Need to facilitate for quarterly vendor audit on valuation of property. 6. Credit Management:- Overseeing and guiding team on developing on -going market insight, identify sector trends and work with Credit team and stakeholders in developing competitive product proposition 7. Competitors:- Need to have competitors visits and industry practice to observed or key changes to be highlighted to the Credit head for necessary action. 8. Branch Visits:- Mandatory to visits branches and monitoring of products to be performed, necessary steps to be taken if any remark. 9. KRA planning:- Work with Credit Head and HR team to put in place the right mix of parameters as part of KRA at various roles / level in the organization. 10. Product Support:- Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-ordination with various support vertical etc. 11. Portfolio Review and Performance management:- Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance. Assess channel Performance. Rationalization of Portfolios 12. Process Streamlining:- Work with stakeholders in Customization/digitalization in the process 13. Stakeholders to be associated:- Business, Ops, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk, etc 14. Audit and Compliance:- Regulatory compliance adherence and advisory at all times 15. Capacity Building:- Training to be done to credit team and stakeholders for capacity building at regular interval and as when new products/new process are implemented 16. Other Key Skills:- ? Analytical and Problem Solving ? Motivated and Energetic ? Solution Oriented ? Multilingual is preferred. ? Good Communication Skills -both Written and verbal ? Preference to candidates who understand Rural Market nuances. ? Team management and people orientation ? Good stakeholder management skills
