Job Description:
• Experience: 8- 12 yrs
• We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with Development experience. (Java)
• More of a technical person and not proper project manager. Someone worked as technical lead and now transitioning to managerial role
• Person to be hands-on on technical topic during in experience so he/she can guide the team on technical topic
• To deliver the E2E project results to the respective stakeholder groups
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing project information
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
• PM experience (2+ years)
• Externally and internally certified (optional)
• Excellent People Management and able to handle big team
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, collaboration, negotiation, and cross-cultural support skills
• Strong Project Management methodology skills & Agile Methodologies
• Understand stakeholders and RACI matrix concept
• Handled team at offshore and possess transition experience
